Motion uniquely combines osteopathy, physical therapy and studio pilates, to correct imbalances and align the body. Treatments usually begin with a visit to the osteopath to diagnose, adjust and realign any joint or muscle dysfunction, especially with the spine and pelvis. This may be followed by a fully supervised pilates core strength and flexability programme by the osteopath or physiotherapist.

Holistic health sports rehab differs from most sports medical practices by:
-
Providing an accurate working diagnosis based on previous injuries, illness and other contributing factors that impact on your current health and wellbeing
-
Targeting the underlying cause whether acute (new) or chronic (old or recurring), and treating the whole body, not just the area involved
-
Referring to allopathic practitioners (GPs, Specialists) for further tests where required and working alongside other healthcare providers (podiatrists, naturopath etc) to provide you with the best healthcare possible.
